We use a strategic combination of coaching and cognitive behavioral skills to ensure that our work is grounded in evidence based research. Cognitive Behavioral research
is based on the idea that our thoughts and feelings heavily influence our behaviors. We utilize this perspective in our coaching to help clients gain awareness and control of their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.
